C.C.R.C. Mediation

Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC) is court ordered mediation in which the Child Custody Recommending Counselor assists co parents in reaching agreements for parenting their children. If there are areas of no agreement, the Mediator is mandated to submit recommendations to the Court that are designed to meet the best interest of the children. The Court is not bound by those recommendations and there could be a completely different outcome. As a Child Custody Recommending Counselor, I have undertaken over 100 hours of required training as specified in the Rules of Court.
